Q: How do I check the status of my order?

Q: What is the Money Back Guarantee Period?

A: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price, excluding processing and handling.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: We currently ship to the US, Canada (with the exception of Quebec), Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Please note a $10 surcharge will apply to non-continental US orders. Additional import duties or taxes may apply, please check with your local agency for more information.

Q: How do I return my order?

A: To return an item, you must obtain a Return Authorization # (RA#) and return instructions. Please call us, and we will be happy to help you with that. Unauthorized or hand delivered returns will not be accepted.
