How many batteries does Pop N Play™ use?
Pop N Play uses 4, C batteries.
How do I remove the battery cover?
The battery cover can be removed using a small phillips head screwdriver. Once the batteries are installed, the cover and screw must be reinstalled for the unit to operate properly.
Why does the toy turn off on its own?
This is normal, too! Pop N Play™ will automatically reduce power to prevent damage and realign the toy with one of the port holes on the unit.
Yes, press the button to the far left on the unit – this will turn the mouse chirping sound off.
Give it a little time – some cats take a bit longer than others to adjust and become familiar with the toy before playing. You can also spray catnip onto the cat toy to help entice your cat!
It seems the Toy is getting stuck inside the dome sometimes. What do I do?
